I am a business professional. I work full-time (3days in office and 2 days from home). I am a peaceful person and enjoy a peaceful home. I don't have a lot of company and do not want to rent from someone who has a lot of company.

I am looking for a 1 year lease starting in the last weekend of November. I am looking for a basement apartment with a full kitchen (full stove) and separate entrance preferably but open to a 2 bed 2 bath situation.

I would like to rent from someone who is clean, mindful of noise and easy to communicate with. Also, who is mature and doesn't throw parties.
