I have a room available in Buckeye! Newer home,near the Freeway I-10 and Buckeye RD
House/room:
- 700/month.(plus utilities)
- 6 month or one year contract.
- Just the first month to start, NO deposit or ridiculous fees.
- Laundry room.
- Internet/WiFi.
Roommate:
- Bathroom
- Be able to pass background check.
- pets (It will depend on what kind of pet it is)
- Have a job/income.
- No "work at home" please.
- Split the electricity and water bills, I will provide the Internet however if you need higher speed that cost more than my budget we can negotiate it.
