I’m a working professional and owner of the condo- very responsible, clean, respectful, and kind. I love art, music, travel, books, movies, and sports; spending a lot of time at concerts and sporting events. A bit nerdy - environmentalist, comics, and table top/board games. I enjoy sleeping in on weekends if I can, in bed 10:30/11, again if can during week. I’m a hybrid of being an extrovert and introvert, keeping to myself later in the evening to wind down, especially on weekdays. While I always give the option to my roommate(s) to do activities on occasion together if the other is willing and/or extend an invite if a group of my friends and I are getting together, I completely understand if you prefer to keep to yourself. Room could be semi-furnished if required it. Available as unfurnished, but former roommate is willing to let you utilize the Queen Ikea bedframe with drawers and the Ikea cube shelf for duration of your lease.
Rent is $1,800/mo includes water, trash, and internet. Electric is based on usage and averages $20-25/per person a month, if between two people and mindful usage (higher in summer with air ~$50/pp). Would have own room (13.7x10.6) and detached bathroom, with Bluetooth speaker mirror.
