The space is an entire basement + its own bathroom attached. The basement is unfurnished but the rest of the house is. The shared spaces are a garage, big backyard, crawl space (for extra storage), living room, kitchen, and dinning room. We are really close to DU and about 15-20 minutes from Downtown Denver. There are many parks, coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries within walking distance of the house! Rent is 1,100 not including utilities, which would be split between three! We have two dogs, a 11 month old cocker spaniel named Henry, and a 3 year old golden retriever mix! If you have any questions or want to see the space please feel free to reach out!
