We are looking for a new roommate to fill one bedroom in our 1,400 sq. ft. three-bedroom, two-bathroom Park Slope apartment. The room is available beginning April 1.

The apartment is directly across from Prospect Park, with the F train on the corner. Everything you need — grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacy, yoga studios — is within a short 5–10 minute walk. It’s one of the best pockets of the neighborhood.

The apartment features:

• Fully stocked eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, oven, cookware & serving ware

• Calm, well-maintained shared spaces

The available bedroom is approximately 10x13 (130 sq ft) with its own closet and comfortably fits a queen (even a king), dresser, and desk. It gets natural light and is positioned at the end of the apartment, so it feels private and quiet.

The bathroom is shared with one other person.

$1,895/month (utilities included: internet, water, gas, electric)
One month security deposit
7+ month commitment required

About us:
We are two working women in our late twenties and early thirties. One works in tech and the other works in the arts. One of us travels frequently and is rarely home, so the apartment never feels crowded.

This is an adult, respectful, low-key home. We’re friendly and warm, but this is not a party apartment. We value cleanliness, calm energy, and shared consideration. It’s a space to live well — not a revolving door.

About you:
Female only, non-smoker, no pets. Occasional overnight guests are absolutely fine, but this is not a space for a live-in partner or extended additional occupant.

We’re looking for someone tidy, stable, and considerate — ideally another working professional who treats a shared home with care and maturity.
