Awesome Bedroom in PRIME williamsburg!!

Hi!! My roommate Kyla Pierce and I are looking for a third person to fill a 3bedroom/1bath apartment in Williamsburg starting Aug 1 (lease already signed). The apartment is two blocks from the Graham Ave L station and has a big living room, high ceilings, dishwasher, natural light, a private balcony(!!) and laundromat at the end of the block. Rent would be 1334$ plus utilities and you would have the room pictured (11’8 x 8’6 with a closet, photos taken from the listing, that is somebody else’s stuff lol). We also have an awesome cat named Shark 🙂
Kyla and I moved to Williamsburg from California last year. We are 23 years old and love adventuring around, hammocking at the park, crafting, camping, surfing, eating a good burrito, 420ing, going to concerts, and generally doing fun things. I work in software development from home and Kyla works at a biotech startup in Manhattan. We both were bio majors at UC Santa Barbara and love marine stuff and miss the ocean and nature dearly.
