Hi, I'm in Bedstuy one block from the C @Kingston-Throope) looking for someone to move into the other room in a 2bed/2bath(beloved roomie moving back home). Have two cats so no more pets please. 12 month lease term starting February 1st 2026. Rent per person is ≈1625 + electric/wifi which we split.
