I have 1 bedroom to rent a four-bedroom house located in a very safe, clean, family oriented, neighborhood. We have access to the neighborhood pool, nature-park, and tennis courts. This home is only minutes from Lonestar College, 290, Beltway 8, I10. There are many nice restaurants, sports clubs, shopping, and activities happening in the area. Furniture for the bedroom includes a queen-sized pillow-top bed, chair, microwave, TV, VCR/CD player, 2 end tables, 2 lamps, dresser, shelving unit with a walk-in closet.

$575.00 PLUS 1/3 of utilities (gas, electricity, internet, trash, water, lawn service). You will share a full bathroom, with double sinks.

$775.00/month, all bills paid, except for food and personal toiletries. You will share a full bathroom, with double sinks.

There is a $575.00 refundable security deposit.

You will have full house privileges, to include access to the kitchen, patio, and backyard. Washer/dryer in the house. Fenced in backyard w/ large Bar-B-Ques.

Currently, a man and a woman live in the house. Both are trustworthy, VERY clean, and respectful of personal property. You MUST be as well. No scumbag slobs, sponges, or leaches allowed!!! I am a low-keyed, easygoing, life enjoying, to the point person looking for responsible people who know the essentials of living in a home, not a house

Must be able to provide: (1). Proof of income (last 3 pay stubs) and phone number of employers. (2). Proof of identity (copy of driver's license or passport). (3). Previous landlord and their phone number. (4). Three personal references. NOT FAMILY. ALL WILL BE CHECKED AND VERIFIED. If approved, I will provide the same to you.
