Our home is located on a quiet street in a very quaint, cute neighborhood in Aurora. There are lots of food options nearby! We are about 20-ish minutes from downtown Denver and also close to many parks and areas for recreation. The light rail (for public transportation) has a stop close to our home as well. My wife and I are new to the area and come with our loving and curious cat, Moira. The kitchen and back patio/yard are shared spaces. The basement is exclusively for our new roommate! The basement has a small living area, access to washer/dryer, and a spacious bedroom with a large closet.
