The 3B1B apartment is convenietly located in a 4-floor apartment complex which is about 12 mins walking distance to the campus of University of Washington and 8 walking distance to the U District subway station. The bus stop of routes 31 and 32 going directly to Seattle Children't Hospital is about 2 mins walking distance. There are Trader Joe's, Safeway and many restaurants within walking distances. The room comes with a bed, closet, desk and chair. Full size kitchen and bathroom are shared with me (property lister) and/ or another tenant. There is on-site laundry and elevator in the building. $400 refundable security deposit is required.
