Maddie B - $1,500/month

Hi, I'm Maddie! I'm from NJ where I currently live, but looking to move to Manhattan anytime after March 1. I work in advertising as an Account Executive and currently WFH 4 days a week, going into my office in the Gramercy Park/Flatiron area 1 day a week, but I plan to go in more often once I move. I generally keep things clean and I'm respectful of common spaces and others' space. Looking for 1 or 2 roommates to search for a place with and open to being friends! Fully vaccinated and boosted and looking for vaccinated roommates as well :)
