Female roommate wanted

Master bedroom with private bathroom available for female roommate in house. Home is in a quiet friendly neighborhood in West Boca Raton. House has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and sunroom. Washer and dryer in attached garage. Backyard fenced in and private. Off street parking. Community has playground, parks and a pool (currently unavailable due to remodeling).

Most of house is furnished but I’m not attached to most of the furniture that I have especially if you have something better for shared areas. The master bedroom comes unfurnished however I can provide some furniture such as dresser or bed frame (not mattress) if needed.

I mostly work from home and ideal situation would be someone who works outside of the house.

$1000 covers rent, utilities and internet (NO cable). Security deposit required.
