1 room with private bathroom and bathtub in 2BR apartment with 2 bathrooms :)

Our roommate of 1 year is leaving and we are looking for someone to replace her.

We are a couple, both photographers, living in a large spacious apartment with our sweet, kind hearted cat Sinbad.

The apartment is on the six floor in a building with an elevator. Overall the apartment is a 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room.
The room available and listed here is a 1 bedroom with a private bathroom with a toilet, bathtub (that has a shower head) and a sink and mirror.

The kitchen is right next to the room and is fully stocked with a gas stove, fridge and microwave with plenty of storage space.

Utilities are not included in the rent and are split half on a monthly base and are based on cost of Internet access (Verizon FiOS), electricity and gas of each month.

The building has 3 washing machines and 2 dryers in the basement (useable with a card provided) and is available 24/7

The building’s lobby has all the mailboxes

The apartment is located between the E and F train stations (75th Ave on the west, and Kew Gardens Union Turnpike on the east) is only a few blocks away with an easy quick walk to each stations.

We are looking for a roommate who is ok with living with a cat and is not allergic.
