I (female, mid-twenties) am looking for housemate(s) to share a long-term lease on a 2-4 bedroom in north San Jose/Sunnyvale starting in April. I work at Cisco.

My max budget is $2000 per person per month before utilities, though of course I would be happy with something less expensive!

Housing Requirements:

- LGBTQ+ Friendly
- Non-smoking
- In-unit Laundry
- Allows Pets (I foster kittens)
- Allow meat in house/fridge
- Lots of Light
- Garage or safe street parking

- Walkable/Bikeable neighborhood would be a big plus
- Swimming pool would be a big plus

More about me:

- I work from home Mondays and Fridays
- I am not the neatest person in the world but I will keep common areas tidy.
- I have an inconsistent sleep schedule, but don’t mind noise levels at any time of day and can agree to quiet hours of 10PM-7AM
- I host regular board game nights on Tuesdays (you would be very welcome to join!) and D&D on 3rd Thursdays. I would love to keep these activities going at my new place!
