Looking for a clean responsible roommate in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment on Boylston St. 2-3 minute walk to Stony Brook T station. Short walk to Sam Adams brewery as well as various convenience stores/bars/restaurants/etc. Street parking only. As long as you have decent credit no first/last month's rent or security deposit is required.

The apartment:
$850/month. Utilities (Internet/heating/electric) range from about $80-$100. No washer/dryer on site, but laundromat is either a few blocks away or a short walk from the Jackson square station. Sorry, but no animals are allowed.

About your roommate:
Young professional in my 30s. I enjoy reading, doing puzzles, and playing pool. I work a standard 9-5 and then in bed by 10.
