Warren Y - $1,800/month

Hi everyone, my name is Warren I’m a recent Notre Dame grad and I’ll be moving to Philly in August.

I am currently in the process of hunting for apartments but am also looking for one or two other roommates who are in a similar position.

My preferred locations include anything from Rittenhouse to Northern Liberties (I’ll be working at one liberty place) and my max for rent would be $2K. My apartment preference include in room washer/dryer, close to a septa station (if far from my work location) and a gym in the building would be nice but not a requirement.

Just a bit about me - I’m originally from South Africa and moved to The States 5 years ago. I’m a huge premier league (soccer) fan, like to stay active but love a good night out too. I’m tidy and respectful especially toward shared spaces and would want to live with people who are too. I interned in NY last summer and am looking forward to exploring both Philly and NY further.
