Hi everyone! My name's Nate and I'll be moving from San Diego to Denver this week to start a new job. I am looking for 1 roommate, male or female, in their 20's, to share a Downtown apartment. Price range is ideally $800-$1000 each + shared expenses (flexible). Looking to move in ASAP!! as early as September 22nd, ideally by October 1st.
