Hi! I’m relocating to NYC to join Mandarin Oriental as an F&B Manager in Training. I’m currently waiting on my visa and hoping to move around April if all goes according to plan.

Because I work in hospitality, I’m very mindful about cleanliness and keeping shared spaces tidy. I really value a calm, respectful home where everyone does their part and communicates well. My schedule will mostly revolve around work, so I tend to keep things fairly low-key during the week.

I’d describe myself as pretty balanced socially. I enjoy being friendly with roommates and sharing the occasional chat or meal, but I also respect personal space and downtime. Since I’ll be new to the city, I’m excited to explore different neighborhoods, travel when I can and spend time with friends.

My budget is up to $2,200/month and I’m hoping to find clean, considerate roommates and a comfortable place to call home. Happy to connect and see if we might be a good fit!
