Bedroom in spacious 3BR/2BA, 2-story apartment unit in Pilsen available January 1st. Lease is 6 months and renewable month-to-month; rent is $500/month + shared utilities (WiFi, gas, electric). Your roommates would be 2 professional Black women in their thirties.
In-unit washer/dryer and central air/heat complement spacious kitchen (countertop stove, oven, shared fridge and mini-fridge for beverages, etc.), sun-lit living room, solid storage space, a couple of nice spaces for working/studying, and a large patio with shared parking garage and permit street parking.
Apartment is in a great spot for getting around the city: close to CTA Pink Line, I-90, I-55, and I-290. 10 minutes from the West Loop, United Center, and Illinois Medical District(UIC, Rush, Cook County).
We're looking for someone who is tidy, reliable, values personal hygiene, values communication and personal space.
We will not accept roommates with pets. We prefer Black or Brown roommates who are not sexist or homophobic. 420 friendly - tree is ok. No cigarettes.
