Hello, my name is Samantha Dalton and I am hoping to move from Maine to Brooklyn around January 1st as I am starting a new job! I am looking for an unfurnished studio or 1 bedroom that is fee free or a sublet, but am also very open to having a roommate in the right situation. My budget is around $1300, and im looking to move near the prospect park/park slope area.
To tell a little bit about me: I am 22 years old, a huge theatre and live performance fan, and a photographer/actress. I am very tidy, and have a little cat and a guinea pig. So I would be looking for a roommate who doesn’t have any pets but is ok with a very lovable kitten. In my free time I enjoy trying new restaurants, going to movies/live shows, or even a fun night in! I am looking for a female roommate who I can learn and explore the city with who is also organized and clean, and who would want to go out and do stuff together!
