You would rent an unfurnished bedroom and a partially furnished small living room on the first level of a 2 level home. The home has a Denver address and is located by the Denver international airport. The living room will come with a loveseat and potentially a TV stand and coffee table. The bathroom is also yours. Shared spaces include a kitchen and the laundry. Kitchen, laundry, master bedroom and bathroom is upstairs. There is a linen closet that on your level that would be shared and also a patio that can be shared. Homeowners have a balcony on the 2nd level but may use the patio occasionally. You would be welcome to use the balcony also. There is also a small backyard. There will be 2 well behaved cats in the home and potentially a dog. No pets please.
