Private Bedroom and 1/2 Bath in 2Bd/1.5Ba Apartment near NIH

Hello, I am a 24/M Actuarial Analyst working at GEICO looking for a roommate to share a large 2 bed, 1.5 bath apartment available on August 1st. Rent includes all utilities except electricity and WiFi. This unit comes with a free parking space in a private lot.

The bedroom itself will be empty, has a private half bathroom, and a closet. There is also a huge storage closet in the apartment shared between us. My current roommate is being transferred to another hospital for work so he will be moving at the end of July.

My bedroom doesn't have a bathroom so I'll be using the main bathroom most of the time but you'll be using it for bathing purposes. Laundry is on the same floor and shared with the whole building, but I never have any issues not having machines available.

Location is great for access to public transportation, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, trails, etc. Conveniently located next to the NIH, which is where my roommate worked and biked to. This apartment is walking distance to everything you need, I don't have a car and never had a problem getting what I needed. I would encourage scoping out the area, it really is refreshing and nice.

Other than your bedroom, everything will be furnished (most of the items are mine).
