Hi All,
My name is Nash and I'm looking for a roommate. a little about me I hail from Southern California but have learned to embrace Dallas. I am currently in school for video production, work at whole foods, and do video editing on the side. I spend most of my time in my room working. My place is a beautiful upstairs unit in a 95-year-old duplex. Duplexes in this area and this size rent for $1800 - $2000 a month but I am willing to share my place for only $800.00 a month and 1/2 the utilities.

location is king and this place is the king of kings. This adorable two-bedroom unit is in the highly desirable Lakewood Heights neighborhood. Enjoy life in one of the most walkable neighborhoods in all of Dallas. Literally a 1-minute walk to Whole Foods and a 4-minute walk to the Lakewood Theater and shops and a plethora of restaurants. So if you want to upgrade to a quiet community with great neighbors, and still be in the heart of everything this city has to offer, then there is no better place than mine.

I am in the process of furnishing the place so if you have a few pieces of furniture I'm sure it can find a home here.
