Hi, I’m Hannah! I rent a 1,250 sq. feet house in a quiet neighborhood and am looking for a roommate! I do have a German Shepherd dog who is very, very sweet with people, but not always friendly with other animals, so unfortunately we can’t have any more pets! LGBTQ+ Friendly 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
The house has a (shared) large open living room/dining space, full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, a guest room, screened-in porch, large backyard/front-yard and a 2 car garage.
The downstairs has a medium-sized bedroom (9.5 ft x 11.33 ft) and a connected bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet, sink & standing shower (no tub), and is connected to the rest of the downstairs. You will also have 1 space in the 2-car garage! The room is currently furnished and you are welcome to use the furniture or it will be moved out if you’d like!
The price doesn’t include utilities. For the usual prices (per person), expect it to be an additional $120 to $190 (approximately). Details on utility pricing: The internet is $27.50 and the trash is $12.40. Electric can vary a lot, depending on the time of year and usage, from $50-$100 per person, per month. Water bill also varies depending on usage, but over the last 6 months it’s been as cheap as $30 to as much as $100 per person (but the $100 was when the toilet was running, it’s usually about $50 per person).
