My current roomie is moving out and I need someone to fill her space! Ideally looking for a female roommate as we have a shared bathroom. I have a very energetic but loving dog (she's a jumper). Kinda has issues with other dogs so ideally someone without any pets!
The apartment in located in the NoHo Arts District, its a townhouse style so the living room/kitchen/half bath/patio are all downstairs and the bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs.

It would be 1200 a month (utilities not included) and a $535 security deposit.
