They paid the first 2 months and now I'm taking over. Rent is roughly 1400/ month. 2 bedrooms separated by the living room. I am a smoker but smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Looking for a roommate preferably a female. No age preference just someone mature. I work on the weekends. No pets but I'm looking to get a cat sometime.
