Available Room for Rent
Looking for 2 Roommates to Apply for a House to Rent with my Brother and Me
Can't find a roommate without having a home, Can't apply to rent a home unless all tenants apply around the same time to provide income proof of 2x the rent amount.
I have a few homes in mind, but mainly the one at the above listed address is the one I want and need to meet with potential roommates to see if we are a good fit and then apply together for the house. Generally looking for a place that comes out to about 700-750 per person before utilities.
It would be four people total. No cats, no wild parties, no smoking. Possible one other dog okay, depending on rent rules since there will already be 2 dogs on the property. We are looking for someone who is also responsible, clean, and respectful.
