Hey guys!

I'm a 33yo software engineer finally getting drawn back to the East coast. Can't get away from it. I'm into the startup game if that's a grind you relate to.

My routine is pretty straight edge. I'm up around 7 or 8, gym, work (in office or from home), social activity in the evening, back home around 9-10, then bedtime around 11 to 12. I don't party anymore, and really value quality sleep, so I'm looking for a roommate who also wants to keep the home as a quiet refuge from the bustle.

I'm married but my wife lives and works in Philly. She'll visit twice a month over the weekend. I'll also be traveling regularly to see her. I also have a house in Tennessee I'll go to every now and again.

As far as location, my main goal is to be no more than 30 minutes commute from Midtown.
