Hi there!

About me: My name is Yosra, 29 year old professional female working for a market research company in FiDi, and I’m looking for 1 roommate (or 2 max) to share a place with. I’m super easy going/chill, friendly, communicative/sociable, clean, responsible, and considerate - pretty much get along with most people. I keep a busy schedule between work, gym/ working out, meeting up with friends, etc. but also like occasional downtime (hanging in the common area/ Netflix, reading, pretty much anything). I'm not looking for a party place but I do on occasion over the weekend have a few friends over for either a low key night or just for a bit prior to going out and of course will notify roommates.

About You: I’d prefer female roommates but open to male roommates as well. Also, looking for roommate(s) with similar traits/personality and would prefer ones who are friendly/like to hang out, rather than just being housemates.

Time Frame: My current lease terminates on March 30th so I’m looking to move in a few days before if possible. Can also do as early as March 15th with pro-rated rent but can’t really do any earlier than that since I’m still paying for the entire month of March.

Apartment Preference: should mention that I’m mostly looking for an unfurnished or lightly furnished bedroom - I don’t mind at all if common areas are furnished and if the room has some light furnishings like dresser/ nightstand but I would prefer to bring in my own bed.

Location: interested in Manhattan ONLY with top preference for lower Manahattan (FiDi, East/West Village, not really picky), 2nd preference for Midtown, and I would possibly consider UES/UWS if it’s a good fit (but mostly looking for below Central Park).
