Hi! My name is Sam, she/her, and I am a rising senior at Pace University. I am looking for a roommate for my last year at school in NYC. I am a lesbian so if you don't like gay people then stop reading here. I am studying theatre directing in school and hope to pursue a career in that or some adjacent path within the theatre industry. My friends would describe me as funny, caring, artistic, and blunt. Regarding my living space preferences, I am clean and organized and I prefer to live with someone who is the same. I am pretty sensitive to noise so I'd also prefer someone who was okay with a more quiet space. I'm not a nun though, so as long as we communicate about things, I can be flexible and understanding. I think the key to a happy living situation is communication and consideration. I would obviously love to be friends with my roommate, but the bare minimum is to coexist peacefully.
