Have one room availble with shared bathroom. I’m a home owner and looking to fill last room in the house. Common areas have been remodeled and a new AC was recently installed as well. Back yard with pool overlooking the water for those that like to take scenic ‘me time’. Currently cat owners so I would advise against any other pets entering the house at this time. Sorry.
Looking for someone with a stable income who is respectful. Myself and the current roommate have been here for over a year with no issues and we want to keep it that way! Trust me, we’re chill and like to have a good time but we’re also about our money and respect!
