About the space-
Our apartment is a three-bedroom on the sixth floor of a pre-war walk-up building, with a separate living room, kitchen, and bathroom. It’s very quiet and gets great natural light throughout the day. There are hardwood floors throughout the entire apartment, with tile in the kitchen and bathroom.
There is also a laundromat at the end of our street that offers delivery service right to the sixth floor.
My roommate (female) and I are looking for another female roommate to join us on the lease starting June
1. The total rent is $1,001.79 per month starting June
2. The application fee is $1,010 total.
We’re pretty laid-back—one of us works from home, and the other works late-night shifts and is rarely home. We’re looking for someone who is chill, quiet, and tidy.
The available bedroom is the “master” and comfortably fits a queen or full-size bed. It has two large windows overlooking a park.
We split bills three ways, including WiFi, electricity, and a monthly cleaner/cleaning supplies.
The neighborhood has a classic old New York feel and is close to Columbia Medical as well as the A, C, and 1 trains.
No pets, no smoking, and no overnight guests.

Renting requirements-
As we are reapplying for our current lease, we will need you to provide the required documentation for the application. The total application fee is $1,010.00.

About us-
We are two neat and clean young women who have lived together for over two years with no issues. We enjoy cooking and traveling, and we value clear, direct communication. We both use she/her pronouns.
