Hi! I’m looking for a girl in her late twenties/early thirties to fill the master bedroom in my remodeled 2b/2b apartment in Hillcrest. The apartment is on the second floor of a two story building. It’s located in a small, gated complex with a total of 7 units.

- Large storage unit
- Air conditioning
- Master bedroom and private bathroom
- Large closet with built in Elfa organization
- Shared outdoor lounging area with grill

The apartment is a total of 1,000 sq ft. Rent is $1,800/month. Utilities and internet average $170/month (split evenly). Security deposit is $875. Move in date is July 1st.

I’m in my early 30’s and am very clean, easy going and quiet at home. I currently work from home, but I work east coast hours so I’m usually out of the apartment in the afternoons and evening. I have two small dogs who are incredibly sweet and well behaved. I am open to considering adding one more pet if you’re the right fit.
