Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone to rent the room in my townhouse. It's a spacious room, and there is a private bathroom next to it that is all yours, with a shower and tub. The place is completely furnished except for that room, so everything is all set to just come and move in. There is a garage that I use for storage, and you can use that as well for anything you would like. If you would like an office, there is also the option to put an AC unit in the garage and have your office in there since there are outlets. I do have a cute little dog, and would love someone that has a schedule that is different than mine so they could let him outside during at night and feed him if possible (If there is someone willing to spend even more time with him I would be willing to negotiate on price. The place is absolutely gorgeous and has a lakeview and private yard with furniture!
