I am pretty chill to live with and really don't mind much. I like the shared spaces to be reasonably clean but a few dishes in the sink or some stuff on the counter won't get on my nerves. I will mostly be playing games in my office, watching movies / youtube on the tv (possibly with a friend or two), or I'll be out. I have a dog and would love someone who is good with pets or has a dog of their own, as he can get lonely sometimes! I work from 4 pm - 2 am Sun-Wed, so someone who does not have a night shift or has a different shift would work best as it would be really great to not have the dog be alone for that long, but also if you are doing anything on any of those days and want to leave and go out, he is fine being alone since he is used to that shift at this point. I don't smoke weed anymore, but am completely chill with someone who does as long as it's a rig/pen, or you smoke outside. I am very cool with people being over, and you don't really need to let me know when you have someone at the house, especially since my hours are so weird. No MAGA/ Republicans need apply lmao.

Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone to rent the room in my private townhouse. It's a spacious room, and there is a private bathroom next to it that is all yours, with a shower and tub. The place is completely furnished except for that room, so everything is all set to just come and move in. There is a garage that I use for storage, and you can use that as well for anything you would like. If you would like an office, there is also the option to put an AC unit in the garage and have your office in there since there are outlets. There is a massive backyard with a barbecue as well, and the building has a clubhouse, pool, and gym. Laundry machine is in the house itself, and there is ample parking either in the driveway or on the curb. There is also a clubhouse, gym, and pool. Pet friendly for dogs only, I love cats but unfortunately I am allergic and my dog is not a huge fan of them.
