Just renting a small room in my house has 2 Entrances.

Either single woman or one with a small child, because the room is small.

I have 2 teenage children who are very respectful.
I offer free Google Fiber wifi

Access to brand new washer and dryer.
Access to pretty much the whole house and yards.

$675 a month and $400.00 deposit

This is a month to month basis

I do have 2 dogs, they're very cute and friendly
