I consider myself an ideal House Mate I am always very mindful and considerate of others especially when sharing space with them. I am friendly and engaging however, I do appreciate my own and others privacy. I have lived in and am currently living in a House Sharing arrangement now with Family. I want to be warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I prefer a private bathroom with a soaking tub. Lots of bright natural light, fresh air (ability to open windows in the home) with greenery on the property. I am an early riser but prefer quiet time in the early a.m. to prepare with reflection and meditation for the day.

Open dialogue is essential when sharing a home. If at any time we need to have what may seem to be a conversation that requires us to make adjustments; know that with me, it is better for us to have the discussion.

I am looking for a peaceful, CLEAN and safe place to rest my mind and body for a period of time (6 months to a year perhaps) while I work toward home ownership. A pleasant atmosphere and aroma in the home is essential. I enjoy pets (well behaved lovable dogs most of all) however I'd rather not have any animals on the kitchen counters or cabinets (I've had that experience :-(Lol ) I enjoy cooking and like all sorts of foods. I require cabinet and refrigerator space or fridge of my own. Also, I am willing to pitch in with housework (unless we have a House Keeper and would be AWESOME! lol) If a Smoker of any sort my preference is that it be done outside or that the home be well ventilated to allow the smoke out.

I am a Seasoned Woman with no Children and prefer to be in a home with no small children or teenagers living there (with the exception of course to visit the Owner/Grandparent etc.) I work most evenings and alternate weekends/early a.m. shift(s) I am home in the early mornings to mid day. I have a small (20 pound) dog a Chihuahua & Terrier mix he's an old guy named Nigel. He may come with me or stay with my Family. I would like to option to have him with me if that becomes necessary. Also, I want the ability to have occasional guests; of course informing owner ahead of time.

I pay my rent on time and in some instances ahead of time... I'd like space in the garage to park my car and perhaps some storage space if available. I am direct yet gracious... I welcome the opportunity to assist a Home Owner in achieving they're financial goal(s). I expect to be valued as a Renter/Tenant and be treated as a contributor while I pursue my own Financial Vision(s)
