Sublease for Montrose Apartment Needed
Hey!! I am in need for some help to find someone to take over our lease, we are hoping to move into a house we found. We are in the Montrose/ River Oaks area. Our apartment is spacious 1 bed/ 1 bath and 814 sq ft. Lease will go till Jan 2022. We live right next to Target and tons of restaurants and shopping. It is so close to everything in town and fun for young professionals. It’s such an amazing area and we have loved living in the building since 2016. Living space is concrete and bedroom is carpet. Will be getting everything replaced and repainted before new tenant moves in. 😀 Thanks for help in advance.
