I'm Nico, a J1Visa Intern.

I'm planning to move to NYC this September (15th +/-) and I'm looking for a room in a shared apartament. I would like to shared with 1-2 maximum roommates. I'm going to do my internship in lower Manhattan and it will be a year, so i would like a contract for this period.

I am a sport boy and a really social person. I like doing a lot of plans, meeting new people or discover new places.
I consider myself clean and organized, and this year I have been living with a roommate in Madrid, and everything went well.
I don't care if there are dogs or cats in the apartment.
