Hi! I’m planning to move into Northlake Village Apartments by Ivy Tech—hopefully in September or October—and I’m currently looking for a female roommate, ideally between the ages of 20 to 27. Rent will be around $750 to $775 per person, and move-in fees will be about $450.
A little about me: I’m fun, outgoing, and down to earth. I’m definitely a social butterfly and love making new connections, but I’m also very respectful of personal space and boundaries. I’m responsible and easy to live with, and I value open communication. I’ll admit I can be a bit messy at times, but if something ever crosses a line for you, just let me know—I’ll always do my best to adjust and be considerate. I’m all about good vibes, shared laughs, and a comfortable living space for both of us!
