The shared living space of the apartment -bathroom, kitchen and large living room, spacious, furnished with, couch, bookshelf/island dinette with pull out bar table with seating for two people. Living room also has a small basic fitness and work out area perfect for classical dance, yoga, or lite aerobic or cardio practice. Bathroom -great water pressure and temp. Kitchen -large for NYC and fully stocked to be cooked in with all basic appliances. Three to six month roommate agreement with option of extension for one or more years up for discussion.
