Our location provides a nearby supermarket as well and is very convenient transportation wise. All transportation is walkable and accessible. Our location provides near distance to the 25,30,78,72,8 bus and Metro North. Small pets are allowed. Children are not allowed. One-month deposit is required as well. Apartment provides access to one bathroom, hardwood flooring, kitchen appliances, and a fully spacious backyard. Private room provides cozy setting, and sunny lightening. The apartment is shared by Two friendly, and organized roommates located on Ashburton Ave nearby Yonkers waterfront. Looking for a responsible roommate who has a steady job, provides cleanliness, and able to provide month-month payments including rent and utilities.
