Looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at The Avenues Apartments in Baymeadows.
A little about me: I work full-time with a regular schedule, keep things pretty low-key, and don't party or drink. I'm looking for someone who's respectful, responsible, and easy to live with.

I don't have any pets, but I'm dog-friendly! The apartment complex does require a pet deposit for pets.
Must be able to qualify for and be added to the lease
Prefer someone who's clean, considerate, and pays their bills on time
Not a party household — I enjoy a quieter, relaxed living environment
