$1100/ Month Rent is Inclusive of all bills and More:

Hydro, Gas, unlimited Internet, &$20 towards House Fund
Which is used for bulk buying supplies we share which are:
Eco cleaning supplies, Laundry soap, tp and paper towel & household maintenance supplies so you won't need to buy those necessities separately.

The Vibe:
Artist community house.

Room Logistics:
There is a walk in closet with shelving and drawers

Room can be furnished ( bed + side table) or unfurnished

There is a private bathroom with a big deep bathtub and separate Shower, toilet, sink, and vanity with 3 drawers and a big cupboard.

The room is on the north east corner of the main floor of a 2 story bungalow style house and is bright and airy. We call it the Garden room because the view from the bathroom windows is of our Garden. We have a fully fenced yard and love dogs and cats.

Other info:
We have an abundance of space to grow food.
We have ample space for chilling out and making art/ music.
We all get along well by prioritizing open and easy communication and valuing group cohesion.

The House :
There are 5 rooms in total, 2 upstairs and 3 downstairs shared between 6 people.
2 Cats ( indoor and shy so mostly stay in private bedroom)
1 Dog, (part time e.g lives at a different house some of the time) mixed breed super sweet and sassy.
2 kitchens one full kitchen with gas stove one the other with skillet, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave etc. But no stove.
1 full common bathroom+ 1 1/2 bath shared by 4 people
Upstairs rooms both have private bathroom
Living room is set up for multipurpose social space, games, fitness, movie, art space and indoor garden in early spring.

Perks
A huge backyard that is fully fenced with a permaculture food garden and beautiful outdoor social space/cooking and eating space in the warmer months, a garage that has been converted to a wood workshop/art studio, indoor and outdoor storage space and tunnel greenhouse.
