Clar H R - $1,100/month

Hi! My name is Clar (pronounced Claire) and I’m looking to find a roomate near FIU. I will be starting law school in Fall, so ideally I would like to move in August 1st.

I have lived with roommates for the past 5 years and had no problems. I am very clean and organized. My hobbies include baking, reading, and working out. I will probably use the kitchen 2-3 times per week to meal prep.

I don’t have a dog at the moment, but I might need to care for an elderly dog after my friend moves. His name is Frosty and he is a very sweet, small, fluffy white dog. I am ok with other dogs, but VERY allergic to cats.
