Looking for a New Roommate

Our roommate is moving out ahead of our lease ending in May, we're looking for someone to sublet her room starting April 1st, and then roll onto a new lease with us starting May 8th. It’s a private room with a shared bathroom in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Hell's Kitchen. The bedroom is large enough to fit both a queen and a desk. The roommate who is leaving is looking to sell her furniture, so there is the option to buy the existing bedroom furniture.

You will be sharing the apartment with 2 girls working in tech. The apartment also features a balcony with a wonderful view. The building includes a gym, sauna, and swimming pool. There's also a shuttle that takes you to the subway in the mornings. We're right near the westside highway too so if you enjoy biking or running, it's a great location. It's honestly a great building in a wonderful part of the city.
