Availability: Immediate - One (1) bedroom and bathroom within 4 bed / 3.5 bath townhouse. Shared access to entire 2,500 sq ft house (minus other bedrooms). Minimum Lease: 3 months. Maximum Lease: 12 months.

Location: D.C.'s southeast quadrant with instant access to the I-295 inner beltway meaning a 5-minute drive to Downtown, 10-minute drive to Alexandria, VA, and 15 minute drive to National Harbor, MD. D.C. Metro's "Green Line" subway terminates 1-mile to the East at Anacostia and Congress Heights stations for when driving isn't an option.

Rent: $1200.00/month flat rate. All utilities and internet covered by property manager.

Utilities: electric, water, trash, internet and most streaming services paid by property manager.

Pet Fee: $25 - $100/month depending on species, breed, and cross-compatibility with any other existing pets. Waivable under certain circumstances.

Security Deposit: equal to one month’s rent + pet fee. Security deposit payment plan possible for otherwise exceptional applicants.
