Maya - $2,000/month

I'm transferring from community college to UNCC in the fall to study psychology so I'm prioritizing apartments really close to campus.
I wake up naturally around 10am but will likely wake up around 7am on days I have classes. I usually go to bed around 11pm-1am depending on what time I have to get up the next day. But I almost never go to bed before 11. I have a hard time focusing on homework so I can waste an entire day couped up in my room trying to get work done (but my goal is to be at the library or on campus so it's easier to focus). I'm known for having a very messy room and bathroom (in a clothes and clutter way) but I am NOT happy about it and I keep it contained to those two rooms only. Contradictory to my personal spaces, I actually really enjoy deep cleaning about every other month and find it therapeutic. It is very easy for me to go from quickly wiping down the kitchen counters to sanitizing each shelf within the kitchen cabinets.
I'm not certain if I will be bringing any pets with me, but if I do, I will likely have my male tuxedo cat named Ezra. He sheds a lot as cats do, but he doesn’t bite, doesn't scratch, and I don't think I've ever heard him hiss. I'll edit my bio with more information about him when I decide whether I'm taking him with me.
I have a boyfriend of 2 years who will likely visit a few times a week but does have a life of his own and lives in his own home. Although I am very much a shy introvert, I really enjoy going out with friends to social events and forcing myself out of my shell to meet new people. Pretty much all of my friends have gone off to college in other cities and states, so part of the reason I want a roommate is to make a new circle of friends to hang out with.
