Looking to fill a large room in our three bedroom apartment. You would be sharing the apartment with my wife and I, and one of our friends who is currently subletting.

It is a spacious apartment located in Flatbush, with one bath, central air and central heat. We’re located between both the 2/5 and B/Q subway lines, which is very helpful in the era of ever changing subway schedules, and we have grocery stores and laundry mats within five minute walks of our apartment. We have a wonderful landlord who lives next door with his wife and young daughters, who is always willing to help with any apartment issues, and occasionally will throw community barbecues.

We’re all actors with flexible schedules. We like to socialize with our roommates but we also value alone time. We’re all pretty laid back, and an ideal candidate would be tidy and comfortable with keeping an open communication about apartment business so we can best accommodate a happy living situation for all. Open to Actors and Non-actors. No smokers.
