My wonderful roommate of seven years is retiring and moving out of state. I will miss her dearly, but I am so happy for her next chapter. This means a rare opportunity to share in this peaceful home has opened up.

At $1,600 per month, the rent reflects the many all-inclusive benefits you will enjoy here: a safe, gated community, garage parking, utilities and WIFI included, monthly maid service, weekly pool service, and access to both a private pool/jacuzzi and the clubhouse amenities. You will have your own spacious, private bedroom and bathroom, a quiet environment, and a location steps from Lakeside Village with beautiful walking paths.

You are a responsible professional who enjoys a tidy, comfortable home. You are kind, considerate, drama-free, and community-minded. You believe in looking out for each other while respecting privacy and not being in each other’s business. You are financially stable with a reliable income, a non-smoker, and not into heavy drinking. You take pride in keeping common areas clean and are mindful about noise so that the home remains a peaceful retreat for both of us. You must be dog-friendly, and if you have a dog, it must be house trained and friendly with other dogs.

• 2 bed / 2 bath layout with spacious, private bedrooms, huge walk-in closets, and private bathrooms
• Common areas are furnished and shared; your bedroom and bath are unfurnished. I am happy to incorporate your belongings where possible.
• Gas stove and BBQ grill
• Washer and dryer in unit
• 2-car parking in front, plus 1-car garage parking with remote door opener for you
• Clubhouse with pool, jacuzzi, and small gym
• 1-mile walk around Lake Jacqueline or walk within the gated community
• Private pool and jacuzzi at the home
• Utilities, WIFI, and many amenities included in rent

Lease Details:

• $1,600 per month (rent, utilities, and WIFI), due on or before the 1st of each month
• One-month refundable deposit required
• Credit and background check required
• 1–2 year lease option
• Monthly maid service and yard service included
• Weekly pool service included
• Move-in date: October 1
• 30 days’ written notice required to end the lease for deposit return.

The home’s layout allows for plenty of privacy. Bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the house.
