Hey! Moved to NY after four years in Seattle in June 2019. Have been living solo in East Village, but since COVID, have been craving more space and cool room-mate(s) to make the most of this time. Looking for a place that has an outdoor space and W/D in unit. Would be down to stay in lower Manhattan, but think we'd get more for our money in BK (Fort Greene, Williamsburg, Clinton Hill). I work 40 hours a week, and would want roommate(s) who respect that and are also professional. Always down for happy hour hunting, yoga in the park, dinner parties, etc.
